Those who arrive by train in Itzehoe and plan to take the shuttlebus to Wacken can take advantage of the first Festival Service Point. Last year this Service Point was used by over 20,000 guests for their arrival and departure. The WOA Welcome Point is located directly at the shuttle departure point at the Itzehoe train station. The WOA Welcome Point personnel have all the facts and can answer any questions you have. Through direct contact with Festival Headquarters, you can get up-to-date info on the Shuttle bus service, Festival ABCs and even the Festival Newsletter….”Festival Today”.

Drinks, toilets and a sitting area are available.

Welcome Point is open: *

Wednesday: 30.07 9:00-22:00

Thursday: 31.07 9:00-18:00.

Friday and Saturday: closed

Sunday: 2:30 – 18:00
