How to get to the Metal Bash:

 

By car via A7 (coming from direction Hannover/Bremen or direction Flensburg/Kiel):

Take the exit ?RADE?. At the traffic light you turn left into the ?STADER STRASSE (B73)?. Drive straight and the street name changes into ?CUXHAVENER STRASSE (B73)?. Still driving straight on, you pass a place-name sign of ?Neu Wulmstorf? after some kilometers and the street name changes into ?HAUPTSTRASSE (B73)?. Turn left into the ?WULMSTORFER STRASSE? and drive on until you see a sign with ?SCHIESSSPORTANLAGE NEU WULMSTORF? on the left side. That´s the party area, drive some meters more and you´ll find the parking area.

 

By car via A1 (coming from direction Bremen):

Take the exit ?RADE? and turn right into the ?SOLTAUERSTRASSE (B3)? (direction ?Neu Wulmstorf?). Drive straight on through ?RADE? until you get to ?ELSTORF?. There you turn right behind the SHELL gas station into the ?MÜHLENSTRASSE? (direction ?Neu Wulmstorf?). Drive straight on and the street name changes into ?ELSTORFER STRASSE?. Drive through ?WULMSTORF? until you see the parking area on the right side, the party area is just a few meters away.

 

By car, coming from direction Buxtehude/Stade:You´re driving on the B 73 towards ?Harburg?, the ?HARBURGER CHAUSSEE? becomes the ?HAUPTSTRASSE?, after a while you turn right into the ?WULMSTORFER STRASSE?. Drive straight on until you see a sign with ?SCHIESSSPORTANLAGE NEU WULMSTORF? on the left side. That´s the party area, drive some meters more and you´ll find the parking area.

 

By bus and train:

You take the S3 to station ?NEUGRABEN?. There you take the bus line 140 or 240 (dirction ?NEU WULMSTORF?). The busses drive about every 10 minutes. Get off the bus at station ?POSTWEG?. Walk in the same direction the bus drive, the street is called ?WULMSTORFER STRASSE?. After about 900 meters you can see the party area on the left side.

At night you can take the night bus (line 640) back to Hamburg. The night bus takes you to station Hamburg-Rathausmarkt.
