W:O:A 2022: Ticket exchange starts tomorrow!

Dear Metalheads,

starting tomorrow, 01.07., the exchange of tickets for W:O:A 2021 to W:O:A 2022 will be taking place. Even though we are of course still deeply saddened that we won't be able to welcome you to the Holy Ground this year as usual, we will now put this chapter behind us together with you and finally set the course towards 2022 with performances bySlipknot, Judas Priest, Till Lindemann and many more.

The exact time for the start of the exchange will be announced separately.

To simplify this process for us and you, we have developed the Wacken Ticketcenter and the Wacken.ID, which will make it much easier for you to exchange your tickets for the coming year. You all will receive an email within the next 24 hours with which you can register with the Wacken.ID and the ticket centre.

Important: Not all emails have been sent yet! Please be patient and do not contact our customer support.

We have again decided to offer you as many options as possible, so that each of you can select the one that suits you best. In addition, you can also buy tickets for Wacken Wednesday with Avantasia, Gloryhammer, Brothers Of Metal and more for €66.66 ( the same price as last year). Those of you who already have a ticket for Wacken Wednesday are also free to choose what happens with it.

Tomorrow you will be able to:

  • Roll over your tickets to next year

  • Donate your tickets for a good cause and buy a new ticket for 2022 right away.

  • Return your tickets and have them refunded

In order to realise your wishes as quickly as possible, we ask you to inform us of your decision solely through the ticket centre by 15 July 2021.

We are still eternally grateful for your fantastic feedback and the encouragement we received last year, and we know that this is by no means to be taken for granted. Yet we also hope that the majority of the best fans in the world will once again decide in favour of an exchange to the coming year. Because of that, it might be possible, that maybe there won’t be a regular pre-sale. This means that only those who decide to exchange their tickets for W:O:A 2022 will be sure to get a ticket.
