Wacken Metal Battle Germany 2009

The countdown begins. The last weeks of the closing date for applications for the Metal Battle 2009 have begun (NEW: CLOSING DATE IS JANUARY 15, 2009) .

The first dates for the German pre-finals are confirmed.

For the first time in the history of the Wacken Metal Battle Germany, two of the pre-finals will take place in a festival atmosphere.

On May 22, 2009 the NORTH / WEST final will take place as a part of the Wacken Rocks Seaside Festival in Aurich and on May 23, 2009 the participants from SOUTH GERMANY will fight their battle at the Wacken Rocks South in Rieden-Kreuth for entering the German final.

We are very happy, that this final is going to take place for the first time as a part of the ROCKHARZ festival from July 10 to July 11, 2009.
