On August 4th we will show you the film THE STORY OF ANVIL at the Movie Field at Wacken.
The Canadian band is called one of the most important but least noted band in Heavy Metal. The film shown in cinemas since March 2010 gained the band centre stage and this is not unjustified:
It was ANVIL who paved the way for Speed Metal that started in the 80s and influenced bands like Motörhead, Accept and Helloween.
So everyone who didn’t watch this important movie at the cinema already shouldn’t miss this!
