The second Sunday in Advent – time for some iconic bands!
Today is already the second Sunday in Advent and we have prepared two iconic bands of the metal genre for you!
Saxon
One NWoBHM legend is good – two are better! Saxon will join Iron maiden at Wacken for another great show. The band has recently released the new album Battering Ram and will play some of the songs for us in Wacken, but you can also expect all the legendary anthems of the group.
Girlschool
There are still too little female musicians in the scene, but Girlschool are rocking with the guys since the 70s! The heavy metal band is currently touring with Motörhead and Saxon and they still know how to control the crowd. We’re looking forward to their third show at Wacken.
