The Bullhead - The new official W:O:A magazine!

Created by WackenNicole
02/20/2024

From now on, the Wacken Open Air magazine will also be published outside the festival! New name, new look and even more content than you are already used to from "Festival Today".

"The Bullhead" provides you (in two languages) with the most important news about the festival, interviews with the upcoming headliners, interesting reports and on-site reports from the international Metal Battle preliminaries.

  • In the first issue, we spoke to Amon Amarth frontman Johan Hegg about his first Wacken 25 years ago
  • Festival directors Holger Hübner and Thomas Jensen take a look back at the wet summer of 2023
  • In one of the first interviews after the last Kiss show, Gene Simmons tells us what the morning after felt like and what he has prepared for 85,000 metalheads
  • The three sisters from The Warning talk about their family life on tour
  • W:O:A employees report from the Metal Battle preliminary round in Bogotá
  • The Bullhead also provides all the important facts about the new Access Pass and the Sunday journey
  • There is also a code for the merch shop

So: click, browse and read!
