The bands for the third Advent 2018

What do you get by combining the vibe of Black Sabbath's doom, the dirty punk attitude of Suicidal Tendencies and the speed and precision of Slayer? Awesome music and an outcry from the establishment. Body Count's debut album hit like a bomb in 1992 and was even repeatedly the subject of election campaigns for the US presidency back in 1992.

Anno 2018, Ice motherfucking T and Body Count have lost none of their rage. Metal with a clear socio-critical edge has become far too rare nowadays. But luckily there is Body Count to keep calling a spade a spade. The band will play only two concerts in Germany in 2019 and the only open air show will be in Wacken.

Yeah it’s true, the Welsh band Bullet for My Valentine have almost completely left their familiar Metalcore path with their latest album. But the goodness of their music is not affected at all!

If you can live with the fact that bands want to and have to develop their music, you will have an absolutely fantastic party with the band at Wacken Open Air 2019. See you in front of the stage!

Since the end of the 70s the clockwork of the heavy metal band Girlschool has been running at full speed, 13 studio albums have already been released by the four English ladies.

Girlschool also belongs to the Wacken family since a long time and not for nothing there are also close ties between Motörhead and Girlschool. We look forward to some fantastic, classic Heavy Metal!
