The bands for the fourth Sunday of Advent
Today is the 4th Sunday of Advent and we have two true legends for you! Both will travel to Wacken from Amercia and we can't wait to welcome them!
Metal Church
The band was found in the early 80s in Seattle and is one the pioneers of Speed and Thrash-Metal. They have released 10 studio albums in this time, the last in 2013. Their only Wacken show so far was in 1999 - it's time!
Blue Öyster Cult
Ready for another iconic band? The originators of the Metal umlaut (röck döts) is going to hit Wacken for the very first time! The most known song of the band is of-course the atmospheric "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" and they sold more than 24 million copies of their 14 albums.
