Registrations for large groups and heavy-duty vehicles at W:O:A 2019

The reservations for large groups (from 50 persons) are back! In addition you can now register your heavy duty vehicles (from 7.5 tons) as well.

Group reservations from 50 persons:
If there are at least 50 people in your camp and you cannot travel together, you can use the group reservation service again this year. As always, this service is free of charge for you, and this year it will be provided by the Camper-Park Wacken UG & Co. KG.

The arrival of the groups is possible from Monday 29.07. until Wednesday 31.07. - always between 10:00 o'clock and 18:00 o'clock. The areas reserved for this purpose will be located in section Q.

Please fill in the registration form as accurately as possible. In order to calculate the space correctly, we need as exact information as possible about your vehicles, tents, pavilions, etc.

Please note: Groups with fewer persons cannot be considered due to the expenditure. 

Heavy duty vehicles (from 7.5 tons):
Your vehicle weighs 7.5 tons or more? Then you must register your vehicle with us. As always, this service is free of charge for you, and this year it will be provided by the Camper-Park Wacken UG & Co. KG.

Please note: Vehicles under 7.5 tons cannot and must not be registered.
