When it comes to Thrash/Death Metal Legion Of The Damned are without a doubt one of the best bands out there. Their upcoming record „Slaves of the Shadow Realm“ hits you right in the face and we expect nothing less from fourth W:O:A-performance by these dutchmen.

You like your Hardcore with the qualities of a solid two by four? Well, look no further than Nasty returning to Wacken. They are one of the most brutal bands the european scene currently has to offer, which definitely makes them a real treat for metalheads as well.

Back in 2011 nobody quite knew what to expect from Harpye. But within minutes it was obvious, that this band is amongst the hardest in Folk Metal. Fast forward to 2018 they have become real fan-faves here at Wacken, so we gladly invited them back for a fourth time.

Back in the USA Windhand have already established themselves as one of the hottest up and coming bands, in Germany and Europe they are still a bit of a secret for Doom-gourmets. But that is about to change, which we are extremely proud to present the band to the Wacken-Metalheads for the first time. Doom or be doomed!
