Information: Cashless Payment remaining credits

Dear Metalheads!
Starting Monday, August 7th / 6 p.m., you can request your remaining credit on our event portal (also accessible in the app). You will get the remaining credits back within 14 days. You also have the possibility to donate your remaining balance to the Wacken Foundation! The chip can be removed from the wristband after the festival. However, it should be kept until the repayment is processed. Likewise, all of you who could not visit Wacken 2023 due to the weather and festival area situation, can request their remaining credit back from the date mentioned above.
